Suresh grew up in country South Australia and then attended high school in Adelaide. He attended medical school at the University of Adelaide. He then completed Advanced Surgical Training in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery ( ENT Surgery ) in Adelaide, and obtained his Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2006. He also obtained a Masters of Surgery from the University of Adelaide in 2005.
He then undertook a further Fellowship in Sinus Surgery in Winchester, UK , in 2006.
He was a Senior visiting medical specialist at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital until 2017, and at the Royal Adelaide Hospital until 2014.
He now works full time in the private system.
He consults at Melbourne St, North Adelaide, and in the Barossa Valley and operates at the Memorial Hospital in North Adelaide.
